Terms and Conditions: All accounts are to be paid 30 days following date of purchase. Default of payment will result in a service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) on all past due accounts. There will be no deductions, hold backs or offsets from the amount billed unless prior approval is obtained from the credit department. Failure to comply with the above will result in cancellation of credit with RFX Truck Accessories without prior notice given.

Agreement: RFX Truck Accessories reserves the title of all product until paid for in full, and RFX Truck Accessories may register a general security agreement to further that title. In consideration of selling product and service, the purchaser hereby grants as security for credit terms, a Purchase Money Security Interest in all product and services sold to the Purchaser and Security Interest in the balance of all personal property, which is in, or will be in the possession of the Purchaser and its agents. RFX Truck Accessories may take legal action to collect any overdue balances and shall have all remedies available under all PPSA or other similar security acts which includes the right to enforce remedies in accordance with the law as a secured party. In the event of a N.S.F. cheque, a $100.00 service charge will be levied. The customer does hereby authorize RFX Truck Accessories to conduct all credit investigations necessary for the approval of this application. The Purchaser acknowledges to have kept a copy of this signed Credit Application.

Privacy Policy and Consent: I recognize that RFX Truck Accessories may have collected personal information from me, as defined by federal or provincial legislation(namely the Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act). I acknowledge that RFX Truck Accessories' Privacy Policy can be obtaine d from its web site www.rblwarehouse.com. I Consent to the use of this information for the purposes described in RFX Truck Accessories' Privacy Policy and its Privacy Policy Statement.
