NEW RETURNS
An RGA form is required to be submitted with ALL returns or warranty parts. Parts without the proper RGA form will not be accepted for review. Please fill out the form below. New returns must be in re-saleable condition (original packaging). All returns over 30 days of original purchase are subject to a restocking fee. New and warranty returns are to be sent back pre paid by the customer. If parts are returned without an authorized RGA form the return will be subject to a $15.00 administration fee. Once your RGA Form is approved, customer is responsible for shipping parts back at their cost or dropping it off at one of our stores.

WARRANTY
- Tents - Limited 1 year warranty applies to all tent components including base, aluminum poles, ladder, fabric and seams
- Cooler/Fridges - 1 year limited warranty on electrical components
- Tonneau Covers - 1 year warranty against defective materials or workmanship on rails, aluminum components, clamps, bows, hardware
- Recovery Gear - 1 year limited warranty.
- Winches - 2 year limited warranty. This warranty does not apply 1) to finish 2) to wire rope 3) if the winch has been damaged by abuse, accident, misuse, overloading, collision, modification, misapplication, improper installation, or improper service 4) if used in commercial or industrial applications 5) if used as a hoist. This warranty is void if any RFX serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered.
- Air Compressors - 1 year limited warranty.
When properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from its original date of purchase.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Exchange or replacement parts will be charged to the customer at the time of the request as well as freight. A credit will be issued when the part(s) are received in our store and inspected to insure the product is in re-saleable condition.
